Their support team initially tried to direct me to Square Enix Support Centre's home page which is just a landing page for looking up topics you might need help with. I was therefore forced to contact their customer service team for assistance. Here is a brief summary of what went down: - Square Enix does not allow customers to update their Square Enix Members account's (which is used by their online store) email address themselves. Twice i have demanded to speak to a supervisor and they have to-date responded with cut-n-paste response to direct me to Square Enix Support Centre's home page instead. 8 days and 10 email exchanges later, i am still stuck with my old email address. I recently have the misfortune of needing to get in touch with Square Enix's EU Store's support team to get my Square Enix Member's email address updated. DO YOU THINK I GOT ANYTHING? NO!!!! A FEW DAYS AGO I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN TO ASK FOR EXPLANATIONS AND THESE PIECES OF S*** JUST CANCELED MY ORDER!!! AND THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT LEAVING ME IN THE DARK IF I HADN'T CONTACTED THEM!!! WHEN I ASKED FOR EXPLANATIONS ON WHY THEY CANCELLED MY F***** ORDER, THEY SAID THE PRODUCTS WERE OUT OF STOCK!!!! OUT OF STOCK? WHEN YOU F******G TOLD ME THWY WERE ABOUT TO BE SHIPPED IN THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER? I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN A YEAR!!! GIVE ME MY F****G ACTION FIGURES YOU THIEVES!!! YOU F****** THIEVES!!!!ĮU Store Customer Support Team are no help at all THEY SAID "IN THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER". THAT'S NOT EVEN THE WORST PART!!! I ASKED AGAIN IN THE LAST WEEK OF OCTOBER WHEN I THEY WERE GOING TO SHIP THESE F****** ACTION FIGURES.

FOR! SIX! MONTHS! THE RELEASE DATE KEOT GETTING DELAYED, WHICH I WOULDN'T HAVE MINDED IF THEY JUST SENT ME A NOTIFICATION EMAIL, INSTEAD, I WAS THE ONE CONSTANTLY NEEEDING TO CONTACT THEM, THEY WERE CONSTANTLY GIVING ME NEW RELEASE DATES, AND WHEN THOSE APPROACCHED, I WOULD GET EXCITED JUST TO BE LEFT EMPTY HANDED AGAIN. THEY SAID IT WAS DELAYED DUE TO COVID, WHICH I UNDERSTOOD, ALTHOUGH I WOULD'VE LIKED TO HAVE RECEIVED A MAIL INFORMING ME OF THAT THIS. I WAITED A WEEK BUT GOT NOTHING SO I CONTACTED THEM. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! I HAD PREORDERED TWO ACTION FIGURES MORE THAN A YEAR AGO, THEN SIX MONTHS AGO I FINALLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS ABOUT TO BE SHIPPED. With such a popular game, they did very well. I did get my items registered to my correct account. Things like this would not be a priority so I’m just patiently waiting. It’s disappointing but millions play this game so these things can take quite a while. Emails going back and forth and still waiting for a fix. If they fix it soon I’ll be happy but it’s very frustrating not knowing if they will address the problem any further as they indicated that their latest email was final. It has spoiled my entire experience with FFXIV.
